2. Products and Availability
Layers offers luxury home décor, mabkhara pieces, fragrances, candles, diffusers, tableware, vases, accessories, furniture, gifts, and selected partner brand products.
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product details, images, colours, materials, dimensions, and prices as accurately as possible. However, natural materials such as marble, travertine, stone, wood, and leather may vary in tone, texture, pattern, and finish.
These natural variations are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.
3. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided at checkout. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance if there is a payment issue, stock issue, pricing error, or verification requirement.
Layers reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order where necessary, including but not limited to cases involving incorrect information, suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, or pricing errors.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.
The final amount payable, including product prices, delivery fees, taxes, and any additional charges, will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.
5. Payment
Customers must complete payment using one of the approved payment methods available at checkout. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, Tabby installment payments where available, approved payment gateways, and any other method displayed during checkout.
All transactions are conducted in accordance with applicable UAE regulations. Orders may be held pending payment verification, bank confirmation, fraud prevention checks, or payment gateway approval.
6. Delivery
Orders are processed subject to product availability, payment confirmation, and successful order verification. Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier schedules, product type, order volume, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Layers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
7. Returns and Refunds
Return and refund requests are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customers may request a return within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility. Returns may be accepted for damaged products, wrong items delivered, or verified manufacturing defects.
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items, including opened perfumes, used soaps or hair care products, used candles, customised or personalised products, and products damaged through misuse, are not eligible for return.
8. Product Care and Use
Customers are responsible for using and caring for products according to their nature and any care instructions provided. Natural stone, marble, travertine, candles, fragrances, diffusers, and delicate décor pieces may require careful handling.
Layers is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, exposure to unsuitable conditions, accidental breakage, or failure to follow care instructions.
9. Customised and Personalised Products
Customised, engraved, personalised, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a verified manufacturing defect.
Customers are responsible for checking all personalisation details before confirming the order.
10. Website Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose. You must not attempt to interfere with the website’s security, functionality, payment systems, content, or customer experience.
Layers reserves the right to restrict access, cancel orders, or take necessary action if website misuse or suspicious activity is detected.

All website content, including text, images, product photography, logos, graphics, design elements, branding, and layout, belongs to Layers or its authorised partners and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
