At Layers, we take care to ensure that every order is prepared, packed, and delivered with attention to detail. If there is an issue with your order, customers may request a return within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of delivery.

Refunds

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error caused by Layers General Trading Establishment, such as delivering the wrong item or a product that arrived damaged or defective.
